Your First MS Visit – Survey

We want to know what your experiences were when you were first diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Did you get the information you needed to make informed decisions? Did you decide to start a therapy? Your survey answers will be compiled and analysed by a working group of Canadian MS nurses as part of a research project. Responses are anonymous. Funding for the project is being provided by MSology.
