Patient Preference Survey

There are many disease-modifying therapies (DMT) to treat multiple sclerosis. Deciding on the best option will largely depend on the person who will be taking the drug – their personal circumstances, needs and expectations.

Please take a few minutes to complete the following survey (16 questions) about what you are looking for when choosing a DMT. Your answers will help us develop a tool that will help you communicate your preferences to your MS team. We’ll also report on the survey responses later this spring.
