World MS Day – Survey
May 30th is World MS Day, in which people from around the globe hold events to raise awareness about the problems faced by people living with multiple sclerosis. This year’s theme is “invisible symptoms”, such as fatigue, pain and cognitive difficulties (#MyInvisibleMS on social media).
The most insidious symptom of MS is disability. After the relapsing phase of MS, many people experience progressive disease, in which flare-ups diminish but disabilities steadily get worse. Treating this phase of MS is one of the most urgent problems facing us today.
What has been your experience with progressive MS? Please complete the survey below to help us identify the needs that aren’t being met by the MS community. All results will be shown once you’ve answered the questions. (Respondents will not be tracked and you will remain anonymous.)
